How does delivery work?
Delivery is free anywhere in Singapore. We’ll confirm the details with you on WhatsApp once your order is placed.
How long will my order take?
Usually 2 to 3 days from when we confirm your order.
How do I pay?
By PayNow, after we’ve confirmed your order and total. We don’t take card payments, and you never pay through this website.
What if a soap is out of stock?
Everything is made in small batches, so a soap is occasionally unavailable. We’ll tell you when the next batch is ready and can set one aside for you.
Do you take custom or bulk orders?
Yes, for gifts, weddings and events. Message us on WhatsApp with what you have in mind.
Are your soaps suitable for sensitive skin?
Our Unscented Body Bar is the gentlest choice. Every product lists its full ingredients, so you can check for anything you react to.
How should I store my soap?
Keep it on a draining dish out of direct water between uses; it will last considerably longer.
A small Singapore soap studio
Soapdia is a small Singapore soap studio. I’m a Singaporean woman making soap by hand in small batches, and I started making it for my own sensitive skin and kept going. Every bar is cut, cured and wrapped by hand, without plastic packaging.
